Thank you for your interest in hosting your event on our church campus! The weddings & events ministry is here to assist in planning your special event and help answer any questions you may have in using the facilities.
Congratulations on your engagement! We believe the grace of God brings two imperfect people together in His perfect timing. Planning a wedding can be stressful… Our wedding coordinator will assist with the rehearsal and ceremony, and will coordinate with you on details regarding the day of the wedding. Other Special Events
Whether it’s celebrating a one year old birthday or planning a special banquet, we work with you to help accommodate your needs. Please fill out our google doc form and our event coordinator will contact you.
Our main sanctuary and our covered outdoor patio can both accommodate up to 350-400 seated guests.
Since every event is unique, pricing for your event will depend on your specific needs. In general, pricing include setup, use, and breakdown of tables and chairs, custodian fees, and a Living Hope facilities event coordinator (required for all events). A deposit is required to reserve your date, and your balance will be due 14 days prior to the event. For more information, please contact Jeannie Han at site.administrator@
All events are subject to approval and availability. In general, we do not schedule events on Sundays, holidays, or during Passion Week (Palm Sunday through Easter Sunday) or other church-wide events.
The weddings & events coordinator is here to assist you in using the church facilities. However, our coordinators are not wedding or event planners, and their responsibilities are limited to use of the church premises, unless agreed upon otherwise.
- No alcohol, smoking, or drugs allowed on the church premises at any time. This includes the parking lot.
- No open flames (i.e. candles) permitted inside the building, per fire code regulation.
